Beylearning respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated on our platform, please contact us immediately.
User Content
You may be able to submit, upload, or post content to our platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio (collectively, "User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Beylearning to use your User Content in the manner contemplated by these terms and conditions.
By submitting, uploading, or posting User Content to our platform, you grant Beylearning a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with our platform and our business operations.
You acknowledge and agree that Beylearning may, in its sole discretion, remove or delete any User Content that violates these terms and conditions or for any other reason without notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not interfere with the operation of our platform, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.

To the extent permitted by law, Beylearning and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of our platform or any content or services provided through our platform.
In no event shall Beylearning's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our platform.

Termination
