All the content available on Beylearning, including text, images, audio, video, and other multimedia content, is protected by copyright law. Beylearning owns the copyright to all the content created by its team of experts, including instructors, editors, and producers.
User Generated Content
Beylearning also allows users to create and upload their own content, such as comments, reviews, and feedback. By doing so, users grant Beylearning a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such user-generated content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Beylearning platform and Beylearning's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from the user.
Copyright Infringement
Beylearning respects the intellectual property rights of others, and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed on the Beylearning platform, please contact our designated copyright agent at support@beylearning.com. and provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
DMCA Takedown Notice
If Beylearning receives a valid DMCA takedown notice, it will promptly remove the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who uploaded the material of the takedown. If the user believes that the material was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice to Beylearning's designated agent, providing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the user.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, and
- The user’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of federal district court for the judicial district in which the user is located, or if the user’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Beylearning may be found, and that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
License for Users
Beylearning grants its users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content available on the Beylearning platform solely for their personal, non-commercial use. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content on Beylearning, except as expressly permitted by Beylearning. Users may not use any automated means to access or use the Beylearning platform, or to collect any information from it.
Attribution
Users may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from any content on Beylearning. Users must also give proper attribution to Beylearning and the original copyright owner when using any content from the platform.
Fair Use
Beylearning acknowledges the doctrine of fair use, which allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the copyright owner. However, it is the user's responsibility to determine whether their use of copyrighted material falls under the fair use doctrine, and to seek permission from the copyright owner if necessary.
Repeat Infringers
Beylearning reserves the right to terminate the account of any user who repeatedly infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Disclaimer of Liability
Beylearning is not responsible for any unauthorized use of copyrighted material by its users. Users assume all liability for their use of copyrighted material on Beylearning, and agree to indemnify and hold Beylearning harmless from any claims or damages arising out of their use of copyrighted material.
